Is terrain going to be pre-setup?
I would imagine that it would be to save time on game setup and get these games rolling. _________________ Sign Here ............. |

Terrain in Fantasy is very crucial with armies play styles varying greatly on terrain. While terrain will be preset for each table deployment of said terrain is left to the players. _________________

Actually the city fight terrain will count as heavily forested ruins giving wood elves all the benefits, and none of the penalties of terrain!

Well it was long in the making, and now it has come, and gone. I had a blast running this event for you guys, and I hope everyone enjoyed it as much has I did, if not even more! I am looking forward to our next big event which will be in April for a Ard Boyz Fantasy Tourny, and once I have the information rock solid we will be reserving spots for people. Also look for another doubles tourny at the end of next month I just have to check my schedule with the wife so family things are good on my end.
Here are the pictures! The results are at the end, and so are the winners. Sorry, but I have a thing for lots of pictures Always enjoyed finding myself on the Grand Tourny page in shots!
Grats to Jordan! While Jordan ran into the most trouble he at least got a White Dwarf Mag, and spent much of the day drooling over the new Vampire Counts rulebook!
Danny being a Khorne general of course got the most Killiest award, and won a blister!
Mike turned out to be the luckiest of them all for while his Skaven ran into a few hard games he managed to win himself a Batallion box by being the luckiest! (Door Prize)
What can be said about Hans? He came, he saw, and he butchered his opponents into piles of gore. Grats Hans on winning himself a free 1500 points Vampire Counts Army!
Grats to everyone! See you all next time! _________________

First of all i want to say that is a great Picture of Hans in his glory with his new beastmean army!!!!! Awesome job Hans and congratulations...Nurgle plagued the tourny!!!!
And to Steve i want to thank for rewarding me for the most blood spillage of the day! Thank you for the blister Steve!
All and all Great job running the tournament and it was soooo much fun. I had a blast all day long. Not only playing in the games but having nearly 30 other Fantasy people there to see their armies and see all different things. I have never played in a fantasy tournament before this was my first one and you can bet i will be playing in all the others!!
Thanks to Marginson we had ample terrain and tables and it worked out flawlessly. Great job there!
Got a lot of good stories out of the day and all in all it was a big success. Can't wait for the next one....3500 pts??? WOW thats a lot of ZOMBIES!!!! lol jk _________________ Right now I am trying to get ready for Grand Tournament with my Vampire Counts.
